Why so many dead leaves?

This is Mexican/Texas bagseed.
Is it possible that it's leaves are going dead like crazy because I only use 1 pinch of MG nutes in a pint? Should I add more, does it need more? Is it over exerting itself (it was just some seedy corn that I got seeds from), and I'm not nuting it like I should? Is is just aphids like someone on another thread said it might be? I haven't seen any while watering...

Anyone got any ideas as to what it can be???

Don't comment on the light.
I don't have any way of hanging it, at one point I thought I did, but no I don't.
So keep the comments isolated to "Why so many leaves are yellow."

you know the problem but dont want to hear it. you need your light over your plant or at least on top, two little eye hooks and chains. you also need some white / black plastic or mylor. even thick white plastic garbage bags would help. That skinny 1/2 dead plant needs light!

after you get the light going, you need a 5gal bucket, you can get them free all over. cut holes in the bottom for drainage and put a tray under. they like 1 buck. not sure what color/tempature those lights are? you want 5k-7k for veg and 2.7k-3k for budding. You will get some nice smoke if you read up in these forums and after a couple times, you should be having some primo yeilds in both weight and dankness! good luck!

ya exactly what he said, not too mention they look suoer moisture stressed and a lil nutrient deficient

So the yellow and the light are hand in hand?
the part getting the least light is the greenest though??? The top...

I can't be picking and choosing lights and reflective stuff. Maybe next grow, but I'm on a very low budget this time.

Moisture stress??? Like....More water needed, or less????
And I figured I should add more nutes, but wanted someone else to say it so I don't automatically feel like I'm nute burning.

in my opnion theres a couple things going on with your girls but first things first....you need to give an accurate discription of whats going on and what time and stage you are in with your girls...but if id have to guess youre a couple weeks into the flowering the yellowing of the leaves comes from the natural process the plant goes trough as it reaches maturity ...it uses the nitrogen in the plant to help the buds grow...but there really no way to tell why the leaves are dying beacause you didnt provide any info...it could be lack of ventalation ,lack of nutrients,..lack of lighting.......speaking of wich ...no lights really bro?????...you need lights there essential to growing the ladies must have lights to tan in....no lights no bud production,...no bud production,.....WACK AZZ HUFF SWAGG WEED

Ok I thought it might be the flowering.
It's actually...5.5-6 weeks in. It was 3 girls sharing 200W at first though. Got 600 now.
I have a fan in there on 12 hrs a day. So I don't think it's ventilation.
I've been putting MG nutrients, about 1/3 of what the box says, to keep from nute burning.
I have lights, just not hanging lights. I've got 600W.

no more like your RH is not quite high enough. iod guess your humididity is about 27% right? because it needs to be just above 50% during flowering. low humiduty in conjunction with moderatly high tems can zap moisture and strength from your leaves making them "claw" or go limp

Is RH room humidity?
I have no idea what it is. This is my first indoor grow, and I have a low budget. and I'm not even sure what I would use to measure it.
It's been clawed the whole time. I think it's just the top leaves reaching down for light. Maybe I'm wrong. but most of the other leaves aren't clawed, just yellow. The clawed ones are green at least.

No the lights didn't go out. They're just beside the plant instead of above.

I GOT a new light, and added it to the light I already had. And moved the old one closer to another plant, and the new one closer to the big one.

bro you sound like you have more than enough light ...and it wouldnt be a problem if you had to place them on the sides instead of the top ppl do vertical scrog all the time.....i personally would scrap the last of the mg nutes youve got and get something else....and are doing soil or what

Yeah soil.

I don't have money for anything else right now.
Next time I will...But all I've got is smoked weed ash(That I CAN use, haven't yet), and MG blue nutes for now.

Is it probably nute and water problems for sure?

if id have to guess id say water and soil not nessecarly nutes beacause your girls arent burned suggesting a chemical problem the look deffecient if anything that may be why there so yellow so early there using more nitrogen to compensate for lack of light or nutrients so id up the nutes to half strenth and keep it there and id get a p.h tester and make shure your p.h is around 6.0 to 6.5

also no offence bruh but your girls look shitty as hell you can tell that you havent been getting light to them thats why you see so much stretching in between the nodes(branches) when you get youre light youre gonna have to figure out some kinda way to get your light on top of your plants.....for real hang something across the roof wall to make a line or something....also id get some type of bloom nutrients to help the plant bulk up as much as it can in its last days ...its your only shot from where im sitting

my opinions

- too little light initially. plant is WAY too stretched
- too little water and/or relative humidity > leaves yellowing and falling off or dying
- too little nutes

and unfortunately it seems too late for this plant to yield nicely

plant life is far too precarious for such a half-assed approach to growing.
hopefully learning this will help future plants

You're right they on;y had 200W for 3 girls for veg and into flower. They NOW have 600W though.

I'll be getting mylar before next time, and add more nuts now. I was just afraid of burning.

1.Agreed. Added 400W though. Will get more next grow
2.Very possible, I have not once checked humidity, and there is no humidifier or anything to make it.
3.Again, very possible. I was undernuting for fear of burn. I was going to be an outdoor grower my whole life, and never use nutes. This is my first indoor, and first nute. So just kinda testing the waters.

I'm not worried about how "Nicely" it yields. The buds themselves look nice, and these plants just prove to me that my fat sack of Mexican/Texas bagseed CAN make frosty buds.

It wasn't "Half assed" it was just a "first attempt at indoor, with no research into the subject of indoor growing or nutes"
That's why I named my grow thread...
