No. It will revert back to veg. People do it all the time. How large is the pot you have her planted in? If she gets root bound that will stop growth BIG time. Light and nutes will affect growth as well.I have a plant that's about 8 inches long that has been on a 12/12 sch. since seed. My ? is that will it hurt it or change the sex if I change it to 24/0. First off your plant has to establish a good root system before it takes off growth wise. Secondly, a root bound plant won't grow, so depending on how old your plant is, and judging from your eight inch description she's probably getting close in that gallon pot. Transplant it into a larger pot and give it some more time.
