i live in tx so by no means are the laws lenient. this year i had to pay a 1000 dollar ticket for having weed. no joke. from what i understand, at least down here, the cops get the tests when they get their physicals (my friend's dad is a pothead ex-cop) and they get a good heads up to when the next one is. idk about fl though.

that's really funny what you say about stoned drivers, just the other day this girl i've been talking to was giving me shit because i drive too slow and too cautious and she outlined a lot of the things you said. but yeah, i was really fucking stoned when i was coming home.

Yea, Tx is no joke when it comes to MJ laws, its as bad as FL.

I had my buddy follow me from a party once and told me what I was doing wrong with my driving. He told me if he didnt know me, he would have pulled me over for weed lol. So now I just try do the speed limit and do things slowly. Stay out of suburban/small cities where they have their own police force, those dudes dont have shit to do but sit on busy roads and wait for ppl like us. They will take you to jail for joint without blinking and then brag about their "drug" bust.

Since i started growing weed, I dont go anywhere and smoke. I dont tell anyone and I dont smoke with anyone. I keep that shit locked down in my house all the way around. I ain't going to jail for five years for growing a couple of AF in my closet lol.

i've had cops let me go twice. once i had to dump a lid and grind it in the ground, this was back in the 70's and a few years ago i had a joint in the ashtray, the cop asks if that's what he thought it was, i told him probally, he asked if that was all i had and i told him yes. he told me to get rid of it and went back to his car to run me. he came back and gave me a warning ticket for speeding and told me to have a good day. all i did was close the ashtray and both times i was in dallas. i've had friends that the cops took their smoke too.

It happens all over. I've seen it multiple times.

There is an excuse for it though, if they're headed to a scene they often need to get there quickly but at the same time do not want to alert any potential suspects they are on their way. So they do this instead.

anything to get caught with in this, the same state, we live in its a waste for small shit. the "top" dog at the stoner house i lived in. was dumb enough to speed with if i remember correctly(believe me i want to be as right as possible) half a pound or pound and a half of green. they took his ass down hard. but i used to see 9 diff bags of weed and 2 shoe boxes of bags of dank in the attic. went into the attic to get my drum shit and smelt it and thought it was his room below but there was a bag right by the ladder, had to look. sure enough. dank. o and never took a single bit of that. just left it. GOD created karma for a reason

Punishments are so easy over here that i' always just prefere the ida of fucking with em. Like when they raid you and just trash all your stuff and nick things and give you a "caution" fuck a caution i'm going to court for destruction of property and failure of duties. Get em in a bit of hot water I've already got a drug related criminal record, i've no real fuss with adding a bit more to it if it meant a bit of fun with the piggies at the same time
