Serious Question, Is anal privacy a sacrifice you are willing to give up in order to potentially protect yourself from a potential terrorist threat?

In other words...Should we sacrifice our babies anuses in the name of jihad?

And BTW ...Ron Paul is the only presidential candidate that has a plan to get rid of the TSA.

If they did that to my babies, I'd be cutting off their head in the name of Jihad like they did to that reporter. I don't care what they did to me later. You're not touching my baby!

So you can't pretend to be the TSA? Or a federal air marshall? Or publish their logo without permission?

How does this infringe on freedom of speech preventing people from impersonating federal personnel?

there's something known as the Fair Use Doctrine.

this doesn't address Fair Use and leaves the language so broad that overzealous government could silence any sort of Satire or criticism of the TSA. hmmm

But government logos can fall outside of the "fair use doctrine."

http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/uscode/50/15/I/403m

That doesn't mean that you can't discuss the TSA, or the CIA.

Don't worry dude, this thread will still be legal.
IMO, I would think that if it became close to becoming law, the 1st Amendment would fall in the defense of said item(s) saying or talking about "TSA's" ... Perhaps I am wrong, but just my 2 cents of my Freedom of Speech ...

Well, since they have found them inside a person, then I suppose its ok to just assume everyone is carrying them inside and we can all yell hoorah for body cavity searches.

The TSA has yet to catch a terrorist before he was able to act. You have the expense of 10 years and $1 trillion spent so far for nothing more than security theater. The TSA is never going to thwart anyone that really intends to do harm. Now with 30,000 Russian "Stinger" type missiles missing from Libya why would a terrorist ever be concerned with getting on a flight that he can take out the plane from 20 miles away? I bet the TSA mostly catches smugglers and drug runners with their tactics and probably wouldn't know a terrorist from a baby.

I saw nowhere that the baby's anus was violated (Kid even had what LOOKED to be a smile on it's face, of course, that could be misconstrued also!!). But I DO believe this whole security thing is being blown way out of proportion. Should a detector go off, a simple X-ray can see a bomb or foreign object lodged in someones rectum or other orifice, rather than subject them to any number of other indignities. We have gotten way out of control with liberties taken with civil rights and human dignity. I don't see any of this shit going on in any subway systems or Amtrack stations. Whats next, at Mall entrances, sporting events? Anywhere there is a large crowd of people?

Colombian drug smugglers have been surgically implanting packets of heroin in puppies' bellies to get millions of dollars' worth of drugs on flights to New York City, U.S. authorities say.

"I think it's outrageous and heinous that they'd use small, innocent puppies in this way," John P. Gilbride, head of the DEA's New York office, told the Associated Press.

Police don't know how many dogs have had packets of drugs sewn into their bellies, but Gilbride said 10 puppies were rescued during a raid last year on a farm in Colombia.

A total of three kilograms of heroin was found in six of the pups. Three later died from infections after the drugs were removed. The rest are doing well, Gilbride said.

Colombian police have adopted three of the dogs, training one to sniff for drugs.

Drug smugglers have also had humans swallow packages of drugs, and have tried to hide illegal substances in body creams, aerosol cans, and the linings of purses and luggage, authorities said.

Replace Drugs with bombs

I bet a bomb that size could blow your hand off!! OMG The horror!!! Since Animals are not allowed to be up where the passengers are it might be difficult if not impossible to remove the puppy bomb.
