Anything can be top shelf if the grower knows what he's doing. Or some how manages to grow a killer plant with 20% THC , my point is for such a common mid level strain such as Grand Daddy Purp it should never be priced at 400 dollars and if you do decide to do that please have proof you had it tested nor should outdoor never be priced that high.
