Hi guys:)

A friend of mine has been hanging around with us but has decided not so partake in our smoking thus far. Yesterday, he watched 'the business in getting high' and decided to try a bit for the first time tonight!

We're all really excited for him and want his first tokes to be a memorable experience for the right reasons!

I was wondering, how should we give it to him?
Roll a spliff
Roll a joint
Roll a blunt
Bong hit (i only have a little bong though)

Start out with a big fat joint, if that is too harsh move to the bong. Both are icons of stonerdom, lol. Have fun! I was the same way, didn't smoke until 22 but hung out with friends that smoked since I was 15. I took to it like a baby to a bottle, tho. Coughed up a lung and thought I was gonna die, but flew away on some pure green sativa. Then promptly passed out, face planted on the dining room table.

Joint- he will cough (WASTE) most of your smoke in a blunt or bong. Does he smoke cigarettes? He should take to it like 'a duck to water'.

Has he seen the CNBC documentaries? They're free on the Virgin Media cable box. I swear the reporter was getting more and more anxious to try weed as the program went on. Even when they were talking about ganja-related violence/farms being a frie hazard, she looked like she was ready to get high.

just go easy. when i was about 18 a buddy was dating this chick who was 22 and never smoked except for a single hit off a bowl that didn't get her high. so what do we do? we roll a fat blunt of the most top shelf shit that was going around at the time (mango something or other) and we get her to smoke it with us. we should have had her stop after a couple hits but we kept going till we couldn't hit it any more. chick ended up puking everywhere and passed out on the couch for 2 hours. before she passed out every fucking thing we did or said freaked her out. we basically traumatized the chick and we ruined the herb for her. she never touched it again. our bad. don't do that to the guy.

I will say anything but the first way I ever tried to smoke it. I was ... young we'll say, and only have access to shitty Mexican pressed pot wasn't able or didn't know how to break it up well enough to roll a joint without tearing the papers. The solution - take a crayon and knock the middle out, plug one end up with a pencil, stuff pot inside the other end. That's right we made a joint out of a crayon wrapper. Totally and completely gross, but I was baked as can be.

I've always considered joints to be wasteful of weed ... but wonderfully social. If weed floweth like milk&honey, by all means a fat pregnant joint. Otherwise, the ritual of the bong! Play your amigo's favorite music, and not loudly either. cn

Votes are still strongly in favour of a bong! I might leave it up to him to decide. He doesnt smoke cigarettes and has never smoked before, nothing! IO might do what i did with my girlfriend which was fill the bong for her and then let her inhale to let her get used to inhaling the smoke before she had to worry about the complexities of the bong!

Some people are genuinely confused by the business of using a bong but even non smokers are familiar with smoking cigarettes, which is the same business as joints.

A bong hit might be a little much in one go for a new smoker? I don't know, maybe I'm just set in my ways.

Just give him like 6 dollars and have him buy some regular and a dutch to take to the head.He'll get lit off it.No reason to waste the good shit on him lol
