no it means you should give it 24/0 if it has no chloropyll in the cotyledons, if the true leaves come out white then you have an amusing freak.
Wasn't there an old rumour there was white pot growing in thes sewers of New York ?

if its fully albino it will die, you need the green for it to live. but if it is partially albino you might get some white bud!

not exactly sure that it is albino, but i'm hoping so because that would be pretty cool.
