Does white bed sheet is a good reflector on walls?

Does white bed sheet is a good reflector on walls? Just woundering, does it compares a simple white paint? Or maybe A4 paper is good to?

Anything white will reflect light but different things have a higher reflection rate. White paper or a bed sheet may work but white paint would be better; white/black plastic sheeting reflects about 70% - mylar is about 90% both available at a hydro shop. Go with what you can get man.
