thanks for the links, i'll read it later, can i just get a quick answer? what the cf lights are connected to and where do i get it from?

Pay walmart a visit, they'll have everything you'll need. Veg stage you'll need daylight 6500K lights, flower stage you'll need warm 2700K lights. Daylight bulbs only come in 23watts so you'll need about 4, when flowering comes around buy 2 55watts lights. Bottom line, you'll need about 100watts per plant, to get decent yields.

You can either make your own light rig, or buy one, such as a chicken brooder heat lamp, either way you swing a bat at it you're also going to need two light y splitters, you can find those at homedepot. Also if you opt for a brooder lamp, you will also need a socket base extension, also available at homedepot. Best way is to buy a couple extension cords, and a light socket AC adapters so you can plug it in directly to the electrical outlet. Good luck!

As a rule of thumb the more light you throw at the plants the bigger and healthier they will be but there is a point of diminished return at which point you are wasting electricity. I would think you could grow a killer plant under a 400 watt hps and have a good yield.

ok so how much the whole thing is gonna cost me (growing 1 plant each time)?
and if i wont switch between the lights in every stage the amount of weed my plant is going to make will be a lot smaller? how much weed will i get if i'll switch the lights and how much if im not going to switch the lights?

ok but its kinda hard for me because im not very good in english...
anyway i read some stuff on the internet and i need a website that ship worlwide (a website like 1000bulbs.com) because in my country its really hard to find the right lights...(right spectrom, watts + its pretty pricy)

You're better off shopping around your town, considering how your electric grid probably runs off DC power. So most of the stuff you see for sale on U.S.A. websites, like 1000bulbs.com are designed for AC power. You can use the same light through out the entire grow, but its not recommended. If you do go with the 5000K light, although you will get a plant with long stems. Using a VEG light prevents this. Anyways, here's a basic growsetup part list you should try to get :

24hr TIMER

VEG light

FLOWER light

Light reflector socket and cord

Finally, If you go with pre-made Brooder lamp, buy a:

socket extension

or make your own using:

POWER CORD

Medium e26 socket

I can't break it down more than this. Hope this helps!

just bought 26W daylight bulbs from wal mart so they have upped thier wattage a bit. there are also sites online you can buy up to 150w CFL but you have to order them. home depot sucks for bulbs wal mart has better selection.
