Oh mate...wow just read start to finish. your journal is making me re think my design to yours. Im currently got a drip coco setup. got about a month left then will be going to UCDWC. Can I just ask you, how many plant sites have you got in your first flower room? and how long for veg time did you give? Ive never done the fim before.

I decided to go with an 8 site Under Current system.

I started from cuttings on 8/24/11
I placed the plants in the UC system on 10/15/11 for 36 hours of dark before lights on at 12/12.

Sad news 2 of my plants turned hermi, I pulled them today.

I rearranged the lights when they turned off
1000w over every 2 plants with the Mh in the middle. I'll post a pic tomorrow.

Normally hermies are a genetic mutation and herm out on their own.. without stress factors.

It's actually considered abnormal for a stable strain to herm out.

I checked on the clones I started 2 weeks ago, 8/9 have roots showing through the net pot.
3 clones where taken from the plant that hermed I'm thinking about just getting some club starters to replace them.

I took 164 g of bud and turned it into 61g of DIH.

I also had some old stuff lying around 3oz's came out to be 25g DIH.

This was my first time making Dry ice hash and I have to say it's a much more efficient way to extract the keef than the cold water bubble hash method.

You can see the color difference between the fresh & cured buds, I'd say ones blond the others green.

Both smoke really smooth, Immediate effect comes on strong and fast after first toke.

I'm very pleased.

More bad news, I'm not sure what happened along the way, I had taken clones from an outdoor plant that had been flowering for 3 weeks, the clones re-veged for a month and a half then put into flower.
All during flower there was no sigh of males just lots of white hairs. Well today I got to wondering... one of the hermie plants I had thrown away yesterday came from the outdoor plant I also have 4 in flower room#1 so I looked at them a little closer and saw something like this.

I'm so sad right now! I'm pretty sure the whole room will get seeds. =(
I could make hash form it all...... I don't know..... I'll probably end up growing 3lbs of seeds..... god I'm so bummed !!!!

All 4 tall plants near the dividing wall have hermed, I can see the pistols' swelling with seeds already. =(
