wal mart dosent sell anything over 26W for CFL and you dont want incandecent's

@ Doizger swap them 4 13w out for 4 26W if thats all you can get, you can order some higher wattage offline but as far as home depot and local hardware stores/wal mart your not going to find anything better than a 26w daylight bulb (for vegg) wich is actually a decent bulb. 4 of them will show you much better results.
you want a soft white CFL for flower and you can use the daylight ones as well.
2 pack of 26w daylight bulbs at walmart is like 7 bucks, the soft whie ones are much cheaper but you want more watts=more lumens
transplanting them is going to help alot too

GL man :)

I have them under one 65w cfl (200w equivalent), try to add T8's but to hot for the space.
I keep the light between the two at the same level.

back to the original question, your plants will double in size after switching to flower so switch to 12/12 when they are 1/2 the height you have to work with.

sure as long as they are 5000k-6500k color temp for vegging and you want 2700k color temp for flowering. 36watt bulbs will be a good bulb i would recomend 2 bulbs per plant 1 5000k-6500k and 1 2700k per plant for a total of 8 bulbs. and like the OP said reflective material will help with CFL growing.

also what do you have them planted in? looks like perilite but i cant really tell and it also looks like your running a hydro system in solo cups?

$7-8. Lowes and home depot have them as well
i was at home depot 2 days ago looking for daylight bulbs and they had 0 bulbs in the 6500k color temp wich is your ideal bulb, the next best they had was the 5000k color temp wich is said to work but not as good.

I just realized that I took the photo of the side of the box in another language!
I'm sure you can translate it. It's not to much of a difference.
