why are my leaf tips getting burned?!

Well I guess this is kind of a self explanatory question. L o l I have been having my plant n flower 4 about 6 to 7 days now and every night when I wake up I checked it and there's a new leaf burnt from touching a c f l. They're growing too fast so what do I need to do? Do I need to just raise the lights in a inch every night before I go to sleep? Tie down the fan leaves?

Any suggestions?

Sorry how do you tie down fan leaves? raise the light 6" above and get some sleep, stop jumping out of bed every night freaking out.

Lol everything is good now. Just didn't realize it would grow an in plus EVERYDAY !
