one leaf on one of the blue hash plants is showing signs of something or other. so im gonna feed the girls in about 2 days 1/4 strength biobizz grow with a little of the superthrive thrown in for good measure. ill prob top the 2 pineapples tomorrow so ill get some pictures of their decapitated asses on too

few picks of the ladys, first 2 are the two blue hash, one of them is a right stocky monkey

the second four are the pineapple chunks, before and after topping

ive fed them 0.25ml of bio-bizz grow and 0.1ml of super-thrive per litre so ill be keeping an eye on them to see how they respond

peace

fitzgib what did you start your seeds in after germ. Just straight into the large black square pots in the pics posted on the first page? or did u use a smaller pot to begin with?

hey hows it going, i germed them in wet paper towels between 2 plates then placed them in those biodegradable/cardboard small pots that allow the roots to grow through, so you can bury them straight in soil without causing too much stress.

i put them in the big pots after about 3-4 days bar one which was bout 2 days old, i prob should have let them veg a little more in the smaller pots to get more root bound but they seem to be doing fine

I let them soak in water over night, then i wet a towel, ring it out so its damp (you dont want to be soaked, just keep it from drying out), as soon as the tap root starts to come out i put it into a seed pod. Usually takes about 36hrs start to finish.

But i like the biodegradable pots.

like the soaking for the night, never did it on this grow but should of coz one of the pineapples struggled to shake off her shell, had to give her a hand.

also beans, there may be a twist in the story. when i germed the seeds, i germed 2 blue hash 2 pineapple and 1 red dragon from barneys. now i had the red dragon and the hash seeds mixed up together thinking that i would be able to tell them apart coz i thought the red drag was the biggest seed. but when i came to plant them i couldnt 100% tell them apart.

anyway, the seed that i thought was the red dragon died as a seedling(rip) and the other 2 flourished. now however the 2 blue hash look different. 1 is shorter and stockier (see the pics posted above the 1st 2 pics are the ones im on about). i wont be able to tell until flowering for sure but there is a chance there is only 1 immaculate conception seed in the litter

ill keep u posted

ill be watching! i just got a seed of this as a freebie at attitude and i cant wait to try it! the blue hash i mean... i have a pineapple express seedling, that i love, but no pineapple chunk! :) good luck! sux about the mix up... i bet u would have a huge difference between blue hash and red dragon tho, even just in a few weeks.

hi pal, cool name, there is a huge difference between the two plants, still dont know which is which tho, hoping i can tell when they flower. the short stocky one stinks real fruity so it could be the blueberry in the blue hash, its nodes are real tight and the stalk is twice as thick as the other three plants. having said that the red dragon (according to barneys) is meant to smell of guarva

gone into 12/12 today, and will start the flowering countdown when i see the first flowers

right, posted a few pics on the forum for plant problems and had some advice on the issues and im convinced there is a calcium def in 1 of the pineapples

so been to the garden centre for some garden lime and applied it so well see how it progresses. also given a little to 1 of the bluehash/red dragon(s)

also second feed today, again .25ml of bio grow per litre and as were in the 12/12 and trying to get these puppies flowering, .25ml of the bio bloom. still at 1/4 strength

feeding at every 3rd watering (every 3-4 days)until they beg for more

Good news, after 3 days of 12/12 all the plants are showing sex, so happy days!!!
swapped the 250 mh for the daddy 600hps boom! temps rocketed from 73 to 84 so have to tinker with that over the next few days

im 99% sure that the short stocky mofo is the red dragon, as the blue hash plant i grew before was really emotional with its droopy leaves. if it wanted water its leaves would droop. if it had too much water its leaves would droop. and the taller skinny plant of the 2 "blue hash" plants is a right droopy fucker. so it has to be the blue hash

heres a pic of one of the pineapples with some full on lst action

have been having some heat and odor issues , so instead of stressing out the girls ive decided to upgrade my ventilation. so have just purchased a 5 inch fan to replace my 4 inch fan and a rhino filter. the difference is unbelievable. im now sitting at a comfortable 78 and humidity of 35% which i think is a bit low so will prob put some water in there as want it to be about 40%

just goes to show that cheap fans and filters are a waste of money.

hey, im getting worried about the drooping. yesterday the blue hash and the red dragon were real droopy. this morning no change. i fed 1/2 strength nutes the day before yesterday, with a gallon of water shared out between the 4 plants. i watered again this morning with my water moniters saying it was dry and it feeling dry to the touch. am i feeding enough water and nutes. im the second week of flowering and am planning to bump to full nutes on the next watering . in need of some advice

cheers

First of all, fuck the water monitor, is it one of those cheap £5 chinese two prong things that does the light, ph and moisture. (I bought one many moons ago....... shite). Ya prob gonna tell me its a top of the range beast:mrgreen: We have been here before, master the art of feeling the weight of your pots to decide if they need water, I would rather trust myself over a gadget.

I had probs with all bar 1 PChunk (5 seeds) sulking alll the time without reason, they would droop every night 2 hours before lights out then would be wide awake at lights on. Thirsty they sulked, post watering they sulked. I renamed mine after the wife. Unstable genetics / pheno, I only kept 1 clone from 5 plants and she is a peach. Ya gorra weadle out the crap over time keeping the best.
