this is my second grow, i grew 3 plants outdoors this summer yeilded about 6 Oz dry. i would have yeilded more but i let 2 of them get really root bound and they stopped growing and i had to harvest early. it was just a bagseed grow but ended up with 2 different strains. I had 2 Indica dominant and 1 sativa dominant the Indacas had about 2 more weeks maybe 3 when i harvested and the sativa had probally 5 weeks to go.
they came out alright tho but i didnt really do much with them just left em alone made sure they had water and had a nute schedule for them. it really wasnt that hard i did get stuck a couple times and RIU helped me out to get through.
im pretty sure this grow will be better because I wont be forced to harvest early due to weather conditions and i couldnt bring 3 full size MJ plants into my house there jsut wasnt enough room for them.
im hoping to get 2 Oz off this grow we will see what happens

Update:
All 8 of the seedlings have shed thier shells and are showing them first leaves!!!
have had a thought in my head about maybe keeping 2 plants but not sure if my area is going to be big enough.
think i can fill that whole screen with just one plant? thats what i ultimatly would like to do?

nope will be transplanting in about a week keeping the 4 strongest plants and giving the rest away for someone else to deal with, then will transplant 1 final plant about a week later to a 2.5 gal pot and start my scrogging will be giving away any plants i dont use to friends so no Marijuanna plants will be harmed in this grow
except males of course they will get decimated and maybe used for some crappy hash or something, i do want to try the dry ice hash method (you can u tube it) what is the part cup competition? or are you being sarcastic? lol

I'm not telling you what should or shouldn't happen in your grow room, but someone asked me what would have the greatest effect and heaviest harvest from one plant. I would keep the strongest female after they show preflowers, and veg scrog that hoe for at least 3wks(I'd say longer, but CFL's can't penetrate that well). Also, I would LST all 8 and start training them immediately like they're all gonna be your best female. I believe in a heavier harvest from 1 strong girl then a couple half-assed, crowded ones.

well in a week when i transplant i will only have room for 4, dont ask why i started 8 i guess it was because i wanted options. after i transplant them i will begin training the ones im keeping

My first ever garden consisted of a $60 T8 4FT, 2 bulb day spectrum light. I kept getting 1/8ths of SnowCap and there would be a few seeds in each sack. I germed close to 30 in solo party cups thinking I was gonna have a jungle in my big walk-in closet, and ended up moving a couple weeks later after they were all about 6-8in tall and threw everything away in black trash bags/returned the light for extra $. Now THAT'S Blasphemous!

what suggestions do you have on training the plants for the SCROG, never really done one before, i was thinking just topping a couple times should do it . at first i was going to LST but im thinking there wont be much need for that if i just top it 3-4 times
kinda a shitty diagram but something along the lines of this, still dosent seem like im going to be able to fill up the screen tho, any suggestions are welcome, like i said i never really trained and trimmed much before

Looks pretty decent,
But what I would do is veg for a little while LST is happening. Get her(s) used to growing horizontal. When the screen is filled to your needs, lollipop everything below the screen. You'll end up with a bonsai looking outcome with bigger, denser, juicier nugs

Hmm..
My buddy spiraled a really long stretching seedling below the top of his medium... I wonder if this would work above ground. Like basically LST'ing it in a circle around the pot above ground. That way every part of the plant is maximizing light penetration at once. You should try it with one of yours. You could start a revolution haha
