i order beans all of the time, as a matter of fact, i'm waiting on two orders from the tude now, and out of idk 100s, i've had one snagged, and that wasn't from the attitude..
what pisses me off is when you go over to like youtube and you have all of these fucking idiots posting their package and shit online for the world to see.. i don't see the fucking point in doing shit like this, but not much i as one person can do..
and yah op, i also thought that seeds were legal to possess in canada up till the point of germination, just like the uk... idk, maybe importing them isn't cool, idk.. i think i have heard in the past that canadians SHOULD NOT use the mug method.. i'm pretty sure i've read in the past that a few canadians have had this issue with the mug.. not smashed seeds, just snagged orders... i'm about 94% sure on this...

Those seeds definitely arrived cracked so that's what I would tell them. They're supposed to arrive intact!
Insane. I'd write and say that these seeds arrived damaged and you want a replacement because they advertise the souveneirs will arrive intact. This happened to me once, the order came in the original packaging but one was smashed so I told them I wanted a replacement and they shipped me. It was pretty easy. $200 is a big order IMHO so Attitude has no reason not to accommodate you. That's my opinion.

I would send a letter to the Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA as on the sticker indicating it was opened) and file a complaint! Seeds are legal to possess in The Great White North and you have been victimized by the CBSA, what gives them the right to willfully destroy your private property?
Is there any date or number on the sticker indicating when/where or who inspected the package? if you file a complaint they can use this to help identify who is responsible for this criminal act!

i have sent quite a few things around the globe, starting from a few years ago anything getting sent overseas needs a disclaimer form
at the post office they give you this form which you sign with a name and address, stating the package is a gift or whatever
this prevents it being opened unless attitude are filling out these disclaimers with all overseas posts which i doubt they are as every single package would need its own disclaimer then there is a bigger risk of things getting opened by customs

glad you got them man, thats would suck, when i saw the original pic my heart sunk, i was like hold on theres no way they came like that, then i saw cbsa and i was like, damn thats spiteful...

Exactly how I felt dude. Heart dropped. I mean it's one thing to confiscate seeds. It's entirely another to destroy someone's property like that and have the nerve to pack it all back up and ship it out.
If only they knew the amount of pain I deal with on a daily basis...

just glad it all worked out for you. i hope all the seeds you ordered are still in stock though, that would suck..
