Yeah as long as no weed is in it how is it illegal? Charge me with a tobaco pipe?

Head shops can sell them so can you. Just cant use them to smoke weed with in front of police stations... I would like to see a cop charge a crack head for having a crack pipe with no crack on him or crack in or on the pipe.......Because he was just carrrying arround a piece of glass that some people so happen to smoke crack out of..

Watch cops on TV< they will fuck you up for a stem, or pipe, but I'm canadian that don't happen here. Way too much paperwork. Yahoo !!!
