whats like the biggest yield ever recorded by 1 plant(marijuana)

just got done putting my headband on(pun), and i was wondering if anyone on here knows of any 1 monsterous plant with ridiculous yields?Is their like a world record holder or somthing:lol:?i heard of 3 to 5 lbs. of yielded bud,but have never seen pics.I even found a forum on here where dude claimed pounders from using horizontal hps for side lighting.So can some1 kill my curiosity?:-P:leaf::leaf:pwty plz

I dont know if theres a record or something, but the largest plant has to be outdoors. Where I grew up its not uncommon for people to pull more than 5 pounds off a plant. Its a big fuckin tree, dont get me wrong, but the skies the limit. My guess is prolly ten pounds outdoors. Of course if you lived in the tropics you could probably take more than that if you started vedging early enough

thats what im thinking. Somewhere in South America, SouthEast Asia ,or Africa theirs like a 20ft plant flowering right now:weed:

thats actually an interesting question. i have not grown any real monsters over about 6 ft myself so i decided to dig around to see what i could find and found this pic, looks pretty impressive, still trying to find out what it actually yielded.

still looking to find some others including one i saw on here that had 4 sativas between 18 and 20 ft tall.

veg in doors for 10 mos under 3k then put it outdoors when the time is right you got a 20lbs tree easy, which im sure is how that tree was grow posted above

so your telling me that in third world countries people dont grow in doors? lol what ever homie, and you can not grow a plant that large in 10 mos or less anywere in the world unless you veg for awhile indoors

Well friend...thats not true. When I was in se asia, they dont vedge inside, their plants were 20 footers. They grow year round because the light cycle varies so little. The guy in nam I was talking to said he harvests from the same plant 3 times a year because he.doesnt chop them down, just takes off most the bud. Same thing in sumatra, in aceh. I have seen ones much bigger than that that werent vedged inside. And no dude, most third world countries they dont grow inside, the costs dont justify it.

exactcly,the average american breaks some bank just buying a mh/hps,plus inline fans and electricity added to the initial cost.i doubt mj cultivators from SE asia and wherever are wasting their precious currency on lights..when they have the perfect environment just outside their house
