Hi guys,

I just wanted to share with you a little tip if you are trying to lose some weight.

I am not fat or anything, but I was getting a little gut, mainly because I was eating late. Anyways, I got some cayenne pepper pills and I eat them at dinner and now I dont feel like eating later(mainly because I feel a little stomach sick and a little burn). The burn and stuff usually goes away before bedtime so it doesnt affect me sleeping at all.

So i just wanted to give you guys a tip if anyone is looking to lose some pounds.

If anyone has some good ideas that maybe no one knows about I would love to hear them too.

The only effective way to lose weight is to eat less than you burn. Appetite-modification strategies generally fail. The two things that work are, singly or in combination:
1) Be very physically active.
2) Don't be afraid of mild hunger. Be afraid of feeling too full.
2a) When practicing option 2, be aware of and avoid the bulimia trap. cn

do not eat and do not stop walking till you walk from east coast to the west and when you get there and you still fat walk back. piss the biggest fucker around you off so he or she breaks your jaw.if your 400+ there is no hope but to jump out of a plain with no shoot, pray you land in a parking lot full of people to watch you lose all that weight so fast... get you intestine's re routed from mouth straight out your ass.
