I am with Bill. Both the females are different phenotypes from what I understand as they have different dominant traits. Crossing them will result in further different genotypes which means the subsequent crosses would be F1's again. This is not necessarily a bad thing as far as I am concerned as I assume you are engineering a strain that comes from a line of genetics that are worthwhile doing that and by selecting from specific phenos you can maintain domininant traits. It all depends on what you want to try and get out of actually crossing them....i.e do you want to make the plant yield more, do you want to introduce that certain smell, or ability to fend off diseases, PM, etc. or colour and look.
