Try 12/12 - it's what all the cool guys are doing.
How long have you been flowering them for?

Why are you doing a 10/14?

Everywhere you look or read flowering should be a 12/12 schedule. Anyone ever heard of 10/14 ? You should swap to 12/12 and give it some time.

how old is the plant? if it's really young it can take a while for it to show it's sex. Or possibly you have males and don't notice

This is correct as well, do you see balls on your plant ? Pictures would help if you can get some up soon.

If you are referring to NPK with the 20/20/20 that is a bit high. During Veg you want something high in Nitrogen (The N) but I don't use anything in double digits. Do during veg you want one that is like 9/3/5. During Flowering you want something high in Potassium (The P), most of your high quality bloom nutes will have this. If you are going to use the 20/20/20, go with half of whatever the manufacturer instructions say.

Yeah, you should check for balls on your plant, just to be sure. Sounds like you have been getting some less than stellar advice.
