It's really hard to find someone who is interested in you. I know people who try all the time to get girls and it still takes them a year or two sometimes. Its not just about liking someone, you have to have a good "link". Like, some women I just understand them completely and they understand me completely and we work good together. It's not about having the same interests at all, although some things in common is needed, the differences are what make you stay together.

Like I said, get a part time job in a large retail shop, you have a decent paying job and there are a LOT of good looking single women working in retail just waiting for someone making bank to come along

You need to build your confidence. Don't look desperate. Put on some nice threads and act like you are having the time of you life until you really are. If you think weed is holding you back then don't get high before you go play. If you are looking for easy chicks do this. Get a nap in the afternoon/evening while the rest of the guys are spending their money getting these easy chicks drunk. Then go to the clubs late. The girls are already felling the effects and you go in fresh. Go right up to the hottest ones and tell them some BS about their hair,clothes,whatever and then keep moving. Don't let it get dull. If it looks like it is heading that way, leave them before it does. You can always come back to them later and you can tell by their expressions if you have a shot. As long as they are smiling and still talking you need to keep it up. Practice teasing them hard. They love that.

Perhaps it's not the marijuana! Probably life or the universe holding me back. They must know I want to make love to all the ladies and they don't want me pollinating the females!

I wouldn't rush it man, im 23. I know girls from 18 to 23 who are or have slept/dated 30 year olds.. I personally don't like it.. but im not there daddy. All you gotta do is take a Little more time for yourself(even though its been so long) & get right... maybe workout more, focus on the job save some money to take Ms.Unknown on a great date.. work on your car. girl(s) are my motivation, not all..but from time to time it has been a girlfriend or a crush that has gotten me off my ass & working hard.. working out & looking good.
I am waiting for ms.perfect as well.. hope I don't have to wait another 7 years though ^_^

Man bro u want a healthy relationship go to a church.... Churches have singled women lookin for the samething.... U show up by yourself lookin fresh a few Sundays n u will notice sum1 smilin at you or u can meet greet n talk to some1, hah I did it n had a few good relationships... Jus something for u to try bro, or u can change how you do things... Which means see how you do things n what you can do different, like wait a min to talk to, if u meet out on a weekend... Wait till like Monday or tuesday evening to txt, I or during the week give it a few days... But I wouldn't try to have long conversations the first few talks I mean conversate but see if u can cut em kinda short n later ask if you can continue to further good conversations over a dinner , if she kinda digs u or interested shell say yeah... Really if you talk n u start talkin bout eachothers hobbies or what they do I'd ask her then cause there's not much else after that then getting to know them personally and in person you know jus dnt spend weeeks n weeks txtin n talkin a few times, spend a week txtin a few times or callin a few times n get a dinner, 2 weeks at the most I she kinda makin u wait but, if she's into u u will know... Of it seems like a no Go then try again... There's someone out there for everyone

dude....just be you...it will happen, its just not time yet...when the time is right, and you least expect it she will walk into your life...She wont be some godess, (I think mine is, but thats just me), or above you...she will be just like you, you will "click" and feel completly at ease around her. If not then she is not the one. The dude that said "just have fun" hit the nail on the head....it never happens when your looking for it to happen, unless you are dr. smooth, which very few people who think they are, mostly are not. it will just happen when your not expecting, and one day you will wake up and find yourself in a relationship. When that does happen, dont screw it up and you will be fine...but man...enjoy the single life...you come and go as you please, you leave dirty dishes in the sink, and fart during dinner....that all changes once some chic starts kicking your shins

What I mean is you can't suck up or kiss ass like all of the other losers. Be aloof tell her you like her blouse/shoes/handbag,whatever then say your kid sister/neice has the same thing. Then laugh so she knows you are kidding. The possiblities are endless. You can't be scared though. They can smell fear. Don't just act like you don't care one way or another. Make it a part of your life to not really give a shit if you get shot down. Like someone else said- it is a numbers game. Move on to the next one as fast as you can. Ever notice that girls are with jerks when they say they want a nice guy ? You don't need to be an ass or a jerk, just act like you don't care and their guard comes down.
