I'm doing a test run of 303 Seeds Shooting Star, along with some Kali Mist. I figured since 303 is a local company catering to Colorado patients we may as well show the grow here. Budpatch suggested Shooting Star to help with insomnia. He specifically said I want to look for the short, squat "Ambien" mom. I think we might have one of these kids that fits that description - fingers crossed.
Kali Mist is one of my favorite daytime strains but I've never grown her. I know she stretches like crazy and flowers a long time. This should be interesting keeping the KM in check while the SS stays short and fat.
These beans were all dropped in Rapid Rooters on 11/9 and they were all above ground by the 11th. They've been on 24 hour light under a 2 x 2 T5. Temps have been pretty erratic in my ghetto veg closet that's not set up well for temperature control. I think they all look a bit rough, but not too bad. Today I swapped the T5 for the 250 MH and tried to get some HVAC going in the closet. These kids have to live here until space frees up in the flower room, some time in early January. Hopefully we can keep 'em happy.

Our superb patient selected Sensi Star from Paradise Seeds is the ultimate lemony tasting, indica dominant hybrid. Paradise is well known, and deserves the highest praise for this cross. It is no wonder that there are several famous versions of this strain in circulation.
This pheno was personally selected and used by the patient that provided it as their primary medicine for a sleep disorder that previously required prescription sleep aids. Muscle pain, spasms and anxiety will also be aided with the use of this pheno. Ultra heavy narcotic "stone" and ultimate relaxed body dominate the effects of this indica.
A good yield, low stretch and dense resin coated colas made this the perfect mate for the Ski Train. This cross was done with the intention of adding even more citrus goodness, more resin, and more stretch to the slow vegging Sensi Star while maintaining the amazing narcotic stone this phenotype produces. The added vegetative vigor and stretch in bloom allow for an enhanced yield of some amazing indica dominant medicine.

Kali Mist
Type: mostly sativa

Arguably the top sativa strain available today. With 90% sativa genetices, Kali Mist grows into tall, running, classically sativa plants with very few leaves. This strain produces dense clusters of full fluffy buds, producing much higher yields than you would expect. The plant structure and few leaves allow the light to pass all the way to lower branches, allowing bottom buds to develop fully. When planted outside early in the year this plant can grow very tall. Expect spiraling flowers with a high resin content and a delightfully spicy scent.
Kali Mist is often the choice of experts for their own stash grows. Also, particularly women seem to like this strain, next to the sheer pleasure of smoking it, we received several reports that it works great against menstrual cramps.
