They have been this size for a week.
I moved them to a new grow box and took took a few days to get the temp. right
Will they come out of shock or am I FUCKED.
The leaves look burnt but they aren't crispy and they don't crumble to the touch.

roots are suffocating due to lack of drainage...time to pot up, and this time add plenty of perlite to your soil for added aeration/drainage ;)

Cool!
I'll give it a try today...
Will re potting them now put them in a continued shock or will they thrive in a day or two?
How many times should you re-pot?

well...repotting = shock...especially when you change the medium its going into(which you must or just deal with a suffocated root system that makes your plant cry and not produce properly)...

You can honestly re-pot as many times as you want...just depends on how much transition stress you want to put the plant through...some people repot 3 times...some people 2..I usually do 3 myself...from small seedling starters, to 1 gallon pots, to 5 gallon buckets.

Those cups you have them in are shit.I bet if you cut them out you will see mold around the inside and the roots will crumble. never use those pots.
