Curling leaves?

Hey guys!

So, my leaves are curling downward, especially the new ones. She's still a healthy green color, and new leaves are growing... but this downward curl is kinda weird... Not sure what's going on or what to do.

This is my very first grow, and I KNOW that I over-watered her at the start, but I've refrained from watering her for a solid three days, so I don't think that it's too much water... And for the new leaves, it's a VERY distinct curl.

I have three CFL's growing her, two on the sides and one on top. The sides produce 840 lumens apiece, and the top one produces 1400 lumens. They're not very hot (definitely not too hot for my hand), with a constant steady airstream from a fan. It's suggested for this strain (Afghan Kush Ryder, Autoflower and Feminized) to have her on 20/4, which is what I've been doing. It's a soil grow, and I haven't been using any special, extra nutrients. She's about 2 weeks old. Ideas?

Its very easy to use for seeding and dont let your seed to shit tall from beginning ...

It's your run of the mill "Expert Gardening Soil," it's about 68 in the room with a fan running. What do you mean by RH? And should I lower the lights closer to the plant, or should I lower the intensity of the lights?

there could be a couple of problems.. the temps are not high enough, you need more lighting for sure, and usually when the leaves are curling downward its over watering.. check to see if the veins between the leafs are yellowish if so that should be the problem. Water till there is about 10-15% run off. and keep your lights on 24 hours until veg you 18/6 (or u can stay 24 thats what i like to do)so for 4 more weeks keep those lights on 24 until 12/12.. just a recommendation man. and since you are using florescent lighting as of now, those lights need to be 2 inches from the plant the whole time and as they grow move them up. hope this helps, good luck

One of 2 things will cause a seedling to droop like that ... overwatering OR underwatering! Unless the soil is VERY dry I'd say it's still recovering from overwatering, and that was my first thought when I saw the pics without reading the text. Stick your finger down about an inch or so, if you feel moisture that's fine, leave it and it will gradually recover and lift those leaves again. It's so easy to overwater a seedling, personally I use a spray bottle in early stages to avoid accidental overload. It's not lack of light, the stretch is more indicative of that.
