I don't support John Stewart or Glenn Beck(Mormon) or any other news organization for that matter. I've lived on the east coast and west coast. I know shit you couldn't imagine. What can you do? Beg for a bailout on your student loan and hold a sign?

You want to end crony capitalism and I agree with that. What would you replace it with? I hope you say regular capitalism..You want to end the Fed and I agree with that as well.
The place where we switch views is where you think its the corporations fault that we have been raped over the years when really it's our Governments fault for allowing it to happen. Think about it. Is it the banks fault for accepting money from bailouts or the governments fault for giving it out? They are occupying the wrong place at the wrong time. We should be passing new laws that limits what the government can do and downsizing the actual spending per year. Not spending more but getting a good deal and calling it spending less. Nothing I can do about any of it now. The end phase has begun, they have too much power.

Its not Wall St. Its the White House man. This is all a cover up so the government doesn't get the blame for the economy. It's all hand in hand all over the world. Foreign policy isn't just military it's business deals. Everything is business to the power holders.

I'm not saying all of the people of OWS are bad people or have a socialist/communist agenda, but some do. There are a lot of ignorant people saying ignorant things as well. Idk I just don't think this movement is going to help the 99%

1. The military is paid for by the citizens tax dollars, just like public libraries, K-12 school & police/firefighters. All socialized. Just like health care and all education should be.

2. Our fiat money system is inhernetly flawed. It is unsustainable in the kind of society we live in.

3. More for me means less for you, there is only so much pie to go around. When people hoard multi-million dollar (there are over 1,000 BILLIONAIRES on the planet) fortunes for themselves, there is less for everyone else. The problem is that greed is a motivating factor and we all play against eachother in a rigged game.

4. In that kind of society, things like gas would be self serve. You need gas, you go to the pump and pump it yourself. Those that want to better themselves and their lives will without the mental prison of living in poverty. With free education, there would be droves of smart, educated people innovating new technologies to render a traditional job obsolete.

5. If anyone creates jobs, it's educated individuals. The state pays for your education, you develop a business and it's in turn good for the economy. It seems like a win/win situation to fund every single citizens higher education, and it would also serve as more motivation to earn legal citizenship, enticing the most educated individuals of other countries to come here.

Current education costs are unreasonable for any middle-lower class family. +400% rise in tuition since the early 1990's. You have to either take out student loans with high interest rates and spend 40 years paying it off, or live at home with your parents and work 2 jobs just to pay for expenses that come along with being a full time student.

You don't support the protests because you feel the message is too vague, but still includes your own personal grievances?

I haven't really heard a coherent message from OWS, so for now I'll say no. But this is what I support. End to loopholes that allow certain companies to pay almost no taxes, no tax increases but no company should be able to get out of paying just because they have a lobby in Washington. Make businesses responsible for all negative externalities(ex: pollution) the market today does not take into account the long term loss of productivity some business practices cause. I would remove any way for politicians to be payed by special interest groups; MAJOR conflict of interest. Break up companies that have too much influence over the market(monopolies) as this breaks the free market, I know they do that now but I think they could do an even better job. Stop with the stupid bailouts and stimulus bills, all they do is move money around and frankly, the government programs are bloated and inefficient compared to private businesses. Also the idea that a company is too big to fail is ridiculous, no company should have that much power over the market. The free market is infinitely better than the government at creating growth. The government needs to GTFO of the free market and focus on regulation instead of direct action.

Has nothing to do with my argument. That money could have done better in the economy in the hands of private citizens. The economy loses money when it has to go through government hands, government programs are inefficient. The government cannot make that money appear from no where, they get it from taxing citizens, taking loans (so are children pay instead of us, good plan), or printing money (inflation rises at equal rate to the money being printed, so there may be more money but its worth less). Until the government can prove it can handle money as effectively at the private sector I will believe in keeping money away from the government as much as possible. The one exception is education as that is show to cause long term positive growth.
