Craziest grow ideas yet, Antarctica anyone?

So I got to thinking about different places you could grow in complete peace, completely within the law. Now, to the best of my knowledge 15 miles out to sea is considered international waters and anything goes. What if you had a floating grow base in the middle of the ocean? Along those same lines, I don't believe anyone specifically OWNS or rules Antarctica either. Sure, there are a few research scientists and whatnot, but there is no government of any kind whatsoever.

I'm not too concerned with actual logistics or anything like that, this is fantasy land here. I'm just saying, how completely badass would it be to have some sweet floating fortress covered in huge sticky buds? It would be just as cool to have some superman-style weed cave on the south pole

The main question, where on planet earth could you grow as many plants as the hearts desire, no medical cards, no restrictions of any kind, whatsoever?

where would you get clean water that doesnt have salt in it?(with the floating grow)
maybe if you had a saltwater filtration system it would work. put some solar panels on that thing. maybe somehow use the motion of the water for energy?
