Heres all the nutes. Having rlly been using but the xnutrients ,saving the kit for my first DWC bubbleponic grow. But i have used some of the gmb and what not from the kit before. Also, there is two new pics of the ice plant. Which shows a days difference in growth rate. seems like it grows an inch every 4 to 6 days. or almost an inch.

In these pics, the plant looks fine to me. I don't see anything other than a bit of necrosis on the lower leaves, and that could be nothing to worry about. Just keep an eye on it and see if it gets worse.
It's a plant, a living thing. It's going to develop a few "hang nails" along the way. Try not to panic at each and every one of them. Just keep an eye on things. The beauty of soil vs hydroponics is that when things start going south in soil, you have time to correct, in Hydro, a day or 2 can mean life or death.
Hydroponics (or any derivative) is a pretty advanced growing technique for the beginner, especially when someone else came up with the "Grow in a bottle" nutritional program. Following a "programmed grow" doesn't do anything to teach a grower how to handle anything outside the parameters of that program. Nothing beats a good working knowledge of plant physiology and botany.

oh ive done a great amount of research. thats why i made my soil, i carefully used the dropper with a certain amount of water for the feedings etc.etc. I think this grow wil lturn out just fine. then again, those burns arwe showing up more and more on these lower leaves....we'll see soon if its deficiency or jus too much. or if its root rot or whatever.

That and ive done enough research on aeroponic systems, bubbleponic systems, etc etc. to know what im doing. i can read ppm's , i can change out a reservois . Ive got an ass ton of equipment , and all sorts of things for treating water. which , where i live the water is next to perfect...

plant is doing great. going to use a combo of red spectrum t8, cfls, and natural sunlight to flower the beautiful thing. it smells oh so strong for being 2 months in veg state. and ive been lst'ing it in an "s" shape along the way. my own custom bushing method :P, and its working nicely. thanks guys for showing me the ropes. ill kepp u all posted.

Its gone more bush than the 80's years themselves. And is smelling very strong. Was hard to conceal until i took the venting for a dryer, a high end pc fan, and a homemade activated carbon filter and made a mini exhaust. Im surprised its done this well considering lack of light. Rlly well considering. Ive lst'd my own custom way bending main branches away from the light so they grow vertical, then horiz, then vert again. Thats why everything is so bushed together now. My question is, now that ill have my led lights, shall i start flowering? shes over 2 ft tall.....

oh, and by the way guys. Mirrors ftw. Ive got two small ones, and one huge wardrobe mirror that i prop on the other side of my closet door when i close it. if u take the mirrors away its half of the light caught in that small ventilated area, and all of the grilling foil. had that stuff left over from some of my gourmet grill action back in the day(was ridiculously priced, but reflects way better. and at the time it was bought for grilling expensive shrimp and what-nots).A friend of mine from the states (california) always told me that plants LOVE to look at themselves, that and mirrors are obviously known for reflection.into flowering i go now. No signs of balls at all. as a matter of fact. It appears more female but one cant be sure yet at all.

You are in soil right now, and you seem to be way over engineering all of this. An "ass ton" of equiment is not gonna help you here. You don't need to be treating your water with anything unless you just have heavy metal build up (in which case you wouldn't be drinking it) PPMs have no relevance in soil, as nutrient uptake is different from that in hydro. You have soil to buffer and stabilize pH where that is not the case in hydro. In hydro you have to know how much nutrients are in the solution to optimally feed, yet prevent burn, so knowing ppms is critical. Radical pH swings are pretty common there, also.
Watering isn't done on an exacting dosage regimen either. Water them until there is run off, then let them dry out before you water again. Not on an exact amount per day.
Hydroponics is an advanced growing technique, designed to grow food in a hostile environment. The science behind it is complicated, yet the nutrient companies have come up with a "programmed regimen" that, according to them, even a caveman can do.
Too many people believe that what is valid in hydro, also applies to soil, and they are worlds apart. Growing in soil is very basic Biology and Botany. Why make it more complicated than it has to be??

I only said that in reference to my next grow. Which will be small scale dwc. This grow im doing everything standard and being patient.

its okay. I was talking about my next grow and prolly should have stated that better :P. I have in fact been using my nutes thru this soil grow and its done me very well so far. Hoping shes a female all the way, and she really appears to be. Hairs everywhere. No signs of balls anywhere. All vaginal so far, yay. My thing is, im hoping the plant doesnt double in size or whatever throughout flowering. only thing i want to grow now is buds lol.

Oh you can COUNT on it at least doubling!! Sorry to be the bearer of the news.
not bad news, I just should started flowering a little earlier, but itll be fine as long as it doesnt end up 5 feet tall or some crazy shit lol. 4 feet i can handle. Which, after lst'ing it so far and getting that down, ive gotten it to grow into a certain mass of leaves. Now its going to grow upward and out. so as long as ive got adequate lighting which i do. ill be just fine. got just enough room for one plant to get big in that spot. In the future i wont be limited by space at all. thats when the scrogging shall occur.

and what do you think of the newset pics??? Im thinking the sex is fem thru and throughout. Those little clear looking hairs are showing up everywhere day 4 into flowering. Pistol-like growths have been showing up for some time now. Really glad its looking this way. Ive went out of my way to see to it that this goes well.

You gotta keep looking at 'em daily. Balls can pop up anytime. But so far so good. They look great!
thanks, man! And yeah, i keep a close watch throughout everyday, so any quick changes it goes through will NEVER go unnoticed. It appears these pistols are everywhere now. seems they are at every node. but im gonna keep watch closely. which isnt hard seeing as its within my view anytime im not working.
