most likely not viable, it happens. seeds must be harvested at right time and its diff than buds so bagseeds dont always germinate

You might be giving them too much water. I did the same thing and lost 7 seeds my first time germinating. My advice is to do it the old fashion way and natures way, just put the seeds under a tiny bit of soil and water it a few times, ive seen the best results that way.

I disagree, as i have read of quite a few guys that germ them in a glass of water. so I doubt its to much water. The seeds, esp. if bagseed, are probably bunk.

only messing.

i put my seeds in a paper towel in a cd or vid case, on top of the cable box,or pc were its warm seeds like it warm 60/70.
if you need any help just ask.

were did you get the seeds?
what strain?

my seeds normally pop in 20 to 40 hours every time every strain.
onder if your paper towel, is wet rather than damp?.

Good question. The towels shouldnt be too damp or wet.

As far as my experience has taught me, too much water can be bad for a seed. Just ask my drowned seeds.

cheers for the responce the seeds have had a bit of water but hav been quite cold so iv mooved them onto sky box which is quite warm, they look bigger and a few now ave a greenish line down them there not bag seeds but some random seeds my mate bought in holland. i think im gonna give em another day or so then shove them in sum dirt an hope for best.

so is it best less water or alot of water

Too less water and your seeds wont crack, too much water and your seeds wont crack. I know that doesent help alot but you have to find a good balance. My friend just sprayed his paper towel till it was moist, then folded up the seeds and waited 72 hours.

There will always be conflicting opinions on how to germinate seed(best way, etc) If this paper towel thing isnt working out, try natures way and stick it in soil.

I feel for ya and TOTALLY understand...... Even when all hope is lost..... it's hard to let them go isn't it???

I still have 2 seeds in moist paper towel from like a month ago.....My head says "fuck it girl... they are dead... gone..... no good.... dump em in the trash"..... but my heart says: "ONE MORE DAY... I just know they'll sprout!!!" :D
