Id tell my neighbors to eff off and mind their business. Or that its for your dryer. Or deep fryer. Dunno why they'd see your lights and the only thing of ductwork showing should be an exhaust cap.

I reckon if i had a snake he'd like sitting under a big ol HPS, this from my extensive experience with snakes 
that is to say i threw one in the churchyard once because i couldn't get my cat to stop p[laying with it.

Dryer hose for ventilation, could also say old portable fireplace if the guy doenst look smart. Over the oven hood as well.
lights, a bit harder. best to not be seen. possibly a light out of your old storefront or a security light haha. gl with that though

nutes, old garden
most of this stuff you really just cant let be seen. Its just asking for someone to suspect and that just isnt ideal right from the start.
