Have her committed. She clearly is unable to control her life and cannot function as an adult. That way she can learn some coping tools and get medicated. She is a danger to your family and herself. Get her some help. Even if she doesn't want it. Clearly you're dealing with psychosis. It will only end badly if you don't get the help.

back to the topic at hand:
Check into local health clinics they often have outpatient mental health providers with sliding scale pricing(assuming she doesn't have insurance and you care enough to get her help).
