How to dose citric acid?

Hey folks, I just got some powdered citric acid, and I was wondering how should i dose it out? I am used to the Liquid PH down and doing it a few drops at a time, but with this powder that is not possible.

The last thing I want to do is use too much.

I would like to know the answer to this as well. Are you using it with sucanat? Where did you get your citric acid?:-?

I am using just the citric acid powder crystals, and RO water... No sugar. My PH meter take forever to give me a reading after mixing the PH crystals into the water. I am tempted to say screw organic and use Hydro PH down, but I would prefer not to. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Also, I got this powdered Citric acid at a local hydro shop.

Shameless Bump, I have still not found an effective way to dose the crystals in a way that takes less than 1 day to get the right PH.... Any advice on how to dose this PH down would be greatly appreciated!

I currently use a straw cut at an angle to dose it out bit by bit :(

I am also awaiting some insight into this question as well. I'm always down for trying new things and I honestly have never tried Citric Acid in conjuction with Sucanat.bongsmilie

I would add a very small amount of the powder into some water and then use that water one drop at a time to get desired ph level.
