If ur not using a carbon filter go for something a little more low power. 440 cfm for a cabinet 2 plant grow is a bit overkill. 200cfm or less would probably be more appropriate.

i will be using a carbon filter later on and i wanted a bigger fan then needed so i can work it at say 50% power instead of having a smaller one thats working 70 or 100% i want my fans to be quiet as posible. and later on ill probably be getting 1x1x2 metre grow tent.

What light are you using in your cabinet, and likely to use in your future tent? How much heat the light puts out will be the determining factor in deciding which fan you need.

6" inline is pretty big for just 2 plants and a cupboard. Speed controllers are about $25 and are really simple. Just plug into it like the timers and plug that into the wall. And 129 plus whatever shipping is, is a lot for a 4" inline fan. You could almost get a 6" fan filter and duct combo for that price. HTG supply on ebay has a lot of stuff for cheap. Id get a 4" inline fan. You shouldnt need more in a cupboard.

Just need ducting and a speed controller

The bigger the fan, the louder it gets. A speed controller helps a little bit,but not as much as people say imo.Still get one though.

Voltage: 110V / 60Hz so no, it's made for USA.

AU is (correct me if I'm wrong) 240v @ 50Hz

It's a off-brand from who knows where but it would work. 100% Controllable meaning you would need to buy a speed controller. Also be prepared the controllers will quiet air noise but the make the motors 'growl' a bit... I decided they weren't even worth it and returned my controllers.
