instead of assuming the legalities why not have a reasonable discussion...Those of us in the true know, we know the federal risks involved, and we gladly accept those risks because we believe in what we are doing. I happen to know for a fact Bill and company have accepted that risk, and even if busted they would all be right back at it the day outta jail. That unfortunately is just the way it is. That being said AZCS strives in EVERY way to stay legal under the states laws, to the extent that the business model has changed like 4 or 5 freaking times just to keep up (this is where the splits in the past happened and Bill and company IMO did the right thing)
The only reason I know so much is because im a member, thats why rotten knows so much, hes a member....all the members know most of it because AZCS keeps us members in the loop and have since day 1, its with the help of members that certain law clarifications were made and Bill adjusted accordingly. He is just playing the game, AZCS did not make the rules.

might have had something to do with you saying that most of the clones that come from AZCS aren't produced by us. I do NOT allow "importing" as that would make us a dispensary. Hence the reason I invited you and the other poster to the facility to see for yourself. Hell, pretty sure I told ya to bring some trimmers.
We spent a lot of time and resources making sure we could offer the people of Arizona exactly what was demanded by them and the State itself (aka DHS) and one of those things was "seed to sale". We made sure we could offer the folks in AZ quality genetics and hooked up with Sub and TGA Genetics. We also were the first group to "publicly" grow marijuana in Arizona. meaning we are pretty deep into things as of now. One of the facilities you can see in the video for the Toy drive, in which we are clearly producing some clones. Watch the video carefully and you'll see tray after tray. So to have someone suggest the first group in AZ to really kick it off ISN'T growing our own is 'fightin words', just being honest.
