I know Wiimb is in UK so the stores are pretty similar. The one you have in the pic is fine but it uses heat to create the steam/humidity look for a "cool mist " humidifier so you dont add any unwanted heat. But yeah something like that is fine just go for a "cool mist"

Supz Wiimb! So i read you're having RH troubles? Good thing these are springy plants....takes alot of abuse to kill one off ;) I had to buy one as well :/ My RH most of the time is 20% but I found a decent humidifer on amazon for like $13 http://www.amazon.com/Honeywell-2100-6-Vaporizer-with-Nightlight/dp/B000E5R79S/ref=sr_1_86?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1323832112&sr=1-86

On a better note...at least yur RH isnt as low as mine during Veg ;) 30% is still decent so you wouldnt need a major huge one I dont think...I just plan on putting it close to my fan so the mist should travel onto/through your plant easier. Not sure if this helps you at all, but hey, it was worth a shot. There's other decent ones out there for not much more than $20 I'm sure...I just didnt need a huge one imo. Oh yea, almost forgot...you can throw some salt in with your water to help with the odor issue or just soak the bottom part of the vaporizer in hot/soapy water for a bit to keep the lime scale down. I havent had many issues with em, but sometimes....

Not sure of your setup but if you have air cooled lights you could turn the exhaust fan off for 15-20mins each hour. This could help raise the temps.

I live in the Pacific Northwest; high temps right now are in the upper 30s (F), and lows are in the mid 20s (F). This is a temperature triggered portable heater that I use just outside the passive intake for my tent - ran me $100 (US): http://www.amazon.com/Vornado-AVH2-Vortex-Portable-Electric/dp/B001LITXEY. My temps are perfect 70-80F from midnight to noon and back again. This is perhaps the most effective tool I've bought to fix a problem so far. Peace.

Here are my girls at day 15 (counting from when I dunked seeds in a cup of water to prep for germination):

bestway to raise humidity without buying anything is a tray of stones and water it until water cums to about level or just under the stones keep the heat in better and makes the water evaporate all the time and keeps it thatway

I'm with you dude.. I live in Arizona its dry here and really no humidity. When I started growing I was anal about everything and was always trying to keep the RH in the 50%'s during veg. After a few harvests I just quit the humidifiers all together except when I clone..
