hey beav. do u use insulated ducting or regular ?

Regular.. I bought some insulated ducting on my first grow, used it for about 30 minutes.

so it doesnt keep the heat down going through from light to light, or not enough to make a significant difference for you. why did you not like it ???

I had the same experience as Beav. Only time it might help is the last piece of ducting at the end of your lights. Just invest in a bigger fan.
