I have my fan set up for my plants stalks, how long should I run it per day?

At least as long as your lights are on. Some people let it go 24/7.

put everything on a timer and shut off when lights are off.... worked for me

Yeah... Leave it on all the time. Your plants like that constant flow of air, even at night.

But if they are only small, make sure it is only a light breeze, increase the strenth as they get older.

i have my fan on 1
the taller doesnt move as much, but the smaller one much alot more
they basicly just wiggle
is this ok?
