Hell no if you sign away your grow rights to AZCS then you might as well respond to a Nigerian email scam. I'm laughuing reading AZCS posts $20.00 a clone???? Are they teenagers??? clones usually go for $10.00-$15.00 unless they are teens, then $20.00-$25.00 is fine.

lol... Dude dont go there.. I have two friends who I tailgate with every Cardinals game that buy meds from AZCS EL Mirage and he said " yeah I had to sign my grow rights away but they told me if I give them a couple months advance I can get them back, " so please dont blow smoke up everyones ass.

I have been one of the main Anti Azcs people on RIU... there are reasons for my vemon. But at the end of the day the reasons weren't THAT good and not really worth ALL the bullshit.
I have taken a break form Online forum-ing and have come to a conclusion about AZCS......It is what it is.
Simple as that.....for some reason there is a loophole that exists to allow people to sell meds if the hold the grow "rights", so thats what they do. Is 400 a zip a good price?? hells no, but IT IS WHAT IT IS.
50 eighth isnt a bad price, and AZCS prices dont get stupid until they get up to the zips. Why is this??? who the fuck knows....IT IS WHAT IT IS.
i mean it sound more ominous than it is. If they did shit with your info you could sue the blood out of there bodies.......for real you could bankrupt the whole AZCS "thing".
If you dont want to pay that find a cheaper price form someone else....its not hard to do. You pay for teh convenience of being able to go and grab herb at the same place every day with reliable availability.
And after actually talking with Bryan you see its not some evil dude behind a computer plotting to take over the AZ cannabis scene....its people trying to do the best they know how.
DOnt bother calling me sell-out or turncoat or w/e ....... im a smart enough guy to be able to change my opinion 180 degrees when confronted with evidence that i am wrong about something.
plus....it is what it is.
Edit: Im still 100% for the private AZ grower, ill grow my own herbs for ever, ill NEVER buy weed again if i can help it. I have no stake in this besides stating my point.

You're right It is what it is, just the whole sign over your grow rights just sounds real bad, anyone who is familiar with the MMJ scene knows it just doesnt sound right.

Well man it is odd under "normal" state laws....but this is AZ. Its the only place not busted yet, so it must be something legally with that "signing over" rights that keeps there doors open after 2-3 other places have been shut down.
So under normal situation where the state laws are actually followed by the state government signing over rights would be HIGHLY irregular, but its seems here in Az its the way its is in order to stay open.
I mean if they were having people sign over there rights to grow, and then selling those rights to Communist China or something terrible that's one thing. But buying weed from azcs isnt for everyone...its is what it is.
(my wifey got me a book on meditation...sort of calmed my crazy down, you all should look into it)

I agree AZCS isnt for everyone different tokes for different folks. I do have two friends who are members and signed away their grow rights but they are millionaires so they really dont care about growing and what not.
I was laughing at AZCS Bryan's post when he said Phx Fire brought in a small box of Hot Wheels and asked for a bunch of clones... Phx Fire is funny that made me laugh for reals.
