man its just that...today i went to lowes and 90% of the cfls were 2700k. yet like 90% of the cfls at my house and my friends house are bright bright white...so i put two and two together....and figured that bright bright white must be be 2700k since thats mostly what they sell at lowes and almost all the bulbs ive seen are bright white. :/ if that makes any damn sense lolNo man I use a variety of 27k and 65k in my cab, and you can really tell between the daylight and amber ones. I have noticed that the 27k's are usually marked while the 65k aren't?? lol but I know for sure that 27k for flowering are really yellow just me 2 cents brah.
one on very bottom is a 2700k right? its the most orange out of all of themwear a pair of sunglasses when you look at them, its really easy to tell blue from red, blue 6500k, red 2700k, use a sharpie write it on the base.....
judging from that pic, top left is a 13w 2700k, top right 13w 6500k, the other 2 are, 23 or 26w 6500k
Yup, makes sense.... Use "daylight" style bulbs for veg (blueish/whiteish and also IMPOSSIBLE to find in 300 Watt equivalents btw - lemme know if u find somewhere that does carry these PLEASE! Home Depot does in soft white but not daylight, same brand and fuckin stupid!!) Any ways use "soft white" style bulbs for flowering, they're more of an orangish/yellow color.... Its pretty easy to determine bro, just takes looking at them long enough (which btw blinds you) ! Lol.... I like to mix em up though, as someone has already previously mentioned! Actually I grew my entire grow with NOTHING but soft whites, start to finish. Huge buds, may even do that shit again.... Haha! Mistakes make you a smarter grower and misery is motivation to be a BETTER grower! Keep those plants UNmiserable and you'll be to!man its just that...today i went to lowes and 90% of the cfls were 2700k. yet like 90% of the cfls at my house and my friends house are bright bright white...so i put two and two together....and figured that bright bright white must be be 2700k since thats mostly what they sell at lowes and almost all the bulbs ive seen are bright white. :/ if that makes any damn sense lol
