6 Weeks

During the middle of last week I realized I would need med's upcomming and I didn't want to bother my friends near the holidays - as they helped kindly during my first grow. I had a plant 6 weeks into flower, looking good-smelling good-feeling good and I decided to give it an early demise. It was a concious decision based on the fact that I've grown out the strain before and I've used other peoples version. It's got decent sedative properties, which aren't my thing. It's a vortex of terpene though, like I've mentioned in the past - it's hashy and offensive at first and as it matures you feel like your in a pine forest. Thats the appeal for me.

Anyways... I obviously sacrificed quite the yield, which is whatever. I enjoy learning and I'm happy I'm getting results. What shocks me though his how it came out considering the fist run I did it for 9 weeks and I felt it still could have went 2-3 more. I switched this over to 12/12 on 11/1 and harvested it on 12/17.

My wife was a non-biased tester last night, she will only use a small amount of med's per day if that - but is a super snob about quality. Anyways, she took 2 taps of this and ended up going to bed. LOL I'm curious how it would test, and even more curious if I let it go 10+ weeks. I gave some seeds out to some close friends at the event last sat so we will see more in the future.

That's what I'm saying!

Oban has the patience to grow it for as long as it will ask for. I have a feeling his will be the best you'll ever see of this strain - I can't wait.

Were those the G Bomb seeds you so kindly gifted to me my friend?
Yes sir my good man! Given 8-10 weeks I think this will really help the back pain you mentioned to me. Just watch out for hermies, they have a slight tendency. I did two plants the first time and I think only one hermied, could have been both. This one was 100% seedless.

I've heard this strain can yield almost 3# outdoors. :o

Ps, I think these might make the most excellent sugar cookies. Like I've said, pine is the most distinguishable smell this has - but it also has a sharp lemon mix. (The best way I describe it is like smelling pinesol without the chemical.) A girl I know nicknamed this "The Lemons" though... which just make me think of a holiday sugar cookie with one of those candied cherries on it.

Hobie I hope your reading this. ;)
