Whats up!?! been awhile since in been on this site. but here is whats up

Around November my girlfriend got busted with .2 grams of bud. and paraphernalia. Here is the story i got..

She was at school... High School senior year. her and a few of her friends left the school in a friends car at lunch and smoked some bud and came back.
the last period of the day she got called out of class. and said they had an anonymous tip saying they went and got high.

So they searched her purse and found the Pipe. and they found the bud in the girls car. in my girlfriends wallet.

I helped her get an Lawyer. The Lawyer got the police report and it claims They found the Bud in HER car. She didnt have a car that day. I took her and picked her up from school
and it says no one else smoked. but the other bitches did.

So Can the cop get in trouble for the lie?

Could possibly get all charges dropped if he is providing false evidence! Look into it, have her look into it. =) Sorry about your friends luck!

Only if you can prove it. You have to understand one basic fact, and then you'll be OK:
cops are just better people than we are.

Thanks guys. I hate cops.

Well I am a witness that she didnt have a car and same with my mother.

We let our Lawyer know that is was wrong. and there are questions on the report that he Didn't ask he.

I can't believe you got a lawyer for something so small.I got caught with weed when I wad 14 at school. All you do is goto court and they give a stupid one day only drug class then they take it off your record if it was your first time getting in trouble.

You are gonna have to prove some how that she didn't drive to school and it was in the other girls car.But even then if it was in your lady's wallet its still in her possession.

No they can't get in trouble.

But if you spend enough money, maybe you can get the lawyer to convince them it's a mistrial...

I was arrested my senior year of high school (2008)

I threw a fat party and it got busted....got a lawyer and he found out that they didn't have a warrant and the statements in the police reports were all contradicting. Fought it and won, charges dropped.

I got arrested Freshman year for possession at school...

And last year I got arrested, no warrant, in a raid on my house...The police like to pull guns, run in, and ask questions later, when it comes to me...

And I smoke JUST weed, and do some trips. I just happened to live in a strict Texas community...

But I want to take my case to the Texas supreme court, and change marijuana laws in Texas, or at least get everyone talking, and fighting about the issue.
Texas has SO MUCH marijuana potential. It could do amazing things there if legalized :D

And I know how to get everyone talking :D

This is a very small lie compared to the ones I've seen, they lied like crazy in the report about amounts I supposedly agreed to sell them at a later date when they raided me and made claims I personally told them how much I was selling when it was all informant info. They also lied when they busted my friend with 2 lbs and 34 grand, only 8 grand was recovered supposedly. The police are fucking bullshit this is nothing new

Idk but with the charges all on her, it's almost like everyone else involved pointed a finger at your gf to plead out themselves???

Most likely written that way to keep the other girl out of trouble. If the pot was found in the other girls car she would be responsible for it because it would be considered in her possession no matter what anyone else says when they are not present.

Thats what I figured... but the bud was in her wallet. But i will make sure the lawyer looks into it all. Im sure he knows how to deal with it.
I just wanted to know if anyone knew if the charges could be dropped for the cop falsifying the report

oh... and both of the other girls were only 17
