info on pineapple express

i planted a pineapple express but wish to keep her small.how do i do this.never tried a photo inside. here are a couple pics .growing in soil --

Top her and LST or Super crop.
That will help her to stay low.

Not sure how bad the stretch is on this strain, but a general rule of thumb is 2-3 times increase in size at the end of flowering for MOST strains, so if you'd like a 3 foot plant then start flowering at around a foot.

thanks -i was gonna wait for spring and stick to autos now however i germinated thinking it was a auto but its not so i didnt want to waste it so i want to try but i got a small area to grow in.

You might want to look into SCROG as well.
