If it does work, cool! But why would you do that when you could take a cutting with nodes that will develop quicker? Thats like starting a fire with two sticks when you got a lighter in your pocket??? Doesn't make sense.
I've had a plant grow some nugs along the stem of a fan leaf up to where the blades started. This tripped me out. But it proves shit can grow there. (sorry no pics)
I did some research and found that certain strains will do this. In the Mandala web-site they talk about this as well as new sets of leaves, coming out in 3's instead of opposite sides. (got that pic)
If this is true, how long does it take to grow out 3 sets of nodes?
