In order to get big dense buds and FROSTY, you have to nurse them like a newborn babies, seriously same freakin concept (I have 4 of em) lol...I love the TD plant actually it is my favorite plant so far, she's growing very fast and taking nutes pretty well. I feed 3 X a day total of 48 oz. She is like a sponge 24 oz is gone within 9 hours. When others are complaining about it, please take a look at what they're doing everything ass backward, I say fuck the statistics get to know your plant and listen to them. When plants are unhappy they let u know. Be cautious with guys blowing from their ass and call them an expert. I had to learn it the hard way. I have tried so many different ways to get that perfect bud that is not funny, 4 years of intense learning. These plants are still growing and once they are ready, you will see what I'm talking about. PICTURES DON'T LIE!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS FOR STOPPING BY.bongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmilie:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Hi Zibra - I have just spent the last 90 minutes soaking up this thread and you are incredibly motivational. I don't think that I have seen healthier looking plants that obviously are being loved unconditionally. I took an extra interest in tracking your grow here as I also have an OG 18 growing. It is just beginning to flower. Since I am new to this, I was wondering if it is ok to trim them once they are flowering? This effort may be chalked up to a learning experience. I can post a pic or 2 if you would like to see my attempt.

Well thank you for your kind words....I just woke up to water my plants  2:20 AM ....absolutely, go head and post your picture...best time to trim is 2 weeks before flowering but if you have to and I have many times, 2weeks into flowering it is ok. :peace:

contrary to popular theory...I am using a 90 watt LED plus the 2 48watt CFLs. I have another bloom LED on order. I know that HPS is the norm, but stealth is the name of my game and I can not quietly address the excess heat issue from the HPSs. The only color shots I have are bathed in the magenta hue of the LED. I will try to take some tomorrow without the LED influence.

Well the plant will grow for sure with LEDs however, the problem with LEDs or CFLs are not enough lumens to get a nice dense frosty buds. Here's some info for u,light requirements for plants. Seedling and clones need 375 lumens and in vegetative stage 2500 andflowering is 10,000 luems per SQUARE FEET (12"x12"). So here's the deal, to get a nice bud u need minimum of 10,000 metric lumens. A 65 W cfl only produces 4500 lumens which is too little. So 23 W is kinda useless, sorry brotha, I'm just being honest. To control the heat for HPS or HID lights there are some options that can control the heat.:eyesmoke:
