you sick bastards. they were cared for. our communities weren't so crazy like they are now.

have you even watched the videos of the people who are completely blind since birth and can ride a bike in the street by making clicking nosies and listening to the echo?

a lot of our blindness has to do with our society and lifestyle, and as mentioned, our somewhat compromised genepool

a lot of blindness is worsened by the use of glasses instead of lifestyle change

well, before glasses were invented its not like they murdered all the blind people. Maybe back in the days when we were still animalistic, but as society developed a niche opened up for blind people. For the most part they were either taken care of by family or turned to begging. Shit, people used to blind their children for centuries so that they could beg for money.
btw where do you get inspiration for these topics? seriously, you're worse than me

I dont know too much about the blind and how they were treated,but i imagine shockingly bad!! My blind friend tells me the biggest obstacle he faces about being blind is that he cant fulfill his passion of sky-diving,his dog is too scared!!
Im also aware that if you unfortunately had a blind rabbit sitting on your face,you would have unsightly facial hare.bongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmilie..B..

The following contains no truth whatsoever:

In 1677,The Marquess of Blaydon,Scicily, used to gather 20 blind children and paint half green and half blue.
He would then invite his friends round to drink rum and feast,afterwards as entertainment for his guests he
would make the blind children dressed in the two colours to run around the courtyard as fast as there legs could take them.
This would go on for 10-15 minutes untill gradually they would knock each other out as they collided full speed into one
another!!
The last blind child standing could feast with the Marquess!and his family would receive the finest herbs and meat!,whilst the other blind children were collected
and sold to a factory to make polystyrene out of their bones?

He's troll bombing. Hell, he uses "duh" but has a thread about duh and dur. Lol. He's just a silly child crying out for attention, of any sort from any one. Some are mediocre most are useless banter. I'm willing to bet anything that if this forum would implement a post,reputation lock on the toke and talk forum (I have seen this on others, posts made under a certain section can't be liked, rep'ed, and don't add to post count), you wouldn't see near as many of them. And if you don't agree with his OPINION, he then gets defensive, which then makes it a troll fail. I continue to read his post, but really, most aren't worth my time responding to. Just a random read like when in the line at a grocery store. Your bored so you read the covers, but never buy it.

its kinda funny the fascination with hate on this kid as i do beleive alot of his threads are well outa left field

Actualy they are kinda rough (at least african elephants are), I once went on an elephant back safari in Zambia, I tell you, when they fart your whole insides vibrate.

i dont see too well but i see well enough to get around. i may get lost occasionally but i think id be ok. there r some perks to not seeing well, i see better close up than most people with 20/20.

Exactly.
I am just tokin and talkin.
The threads that are asked like questions is me asking questions.
The threads that aren't, are me posting things that I tried to/wish I could have found when I was younger.

I wonder if they had any kind of test, to find out if kids could see near and far...Or not see near or far...
