My favorite tea is Navajo Tea. It comes from a plant that grows in the southwest. It's a mild stimulant. The taste is refreshing and delicious.

it's a bunch of spices mixed together to make sort of an indian flavor with a mild taste.

i just found this recipe:

fennel or anise seed
green cardamom pods
cloves
1 cinnamon stick
ginger root, sliced thin
black pepper corns
bay leaves

mix that with some black tea and you would have a chai flavor. u can add sugar and milk to sweeten it. they sell store bought mixes that are powdered and usually much sweeter than a stanard chai tea.

i used to make the most awesome chai kombucha tea but that took forever to ferment.

i have a lot of brown rice green tea too. the korean type not japanese - they taste the same.

just black english breakfast tea... preferably cheap lipton brand

with sugar

or honey

also i like sweet tea, like they drink in the dirty south. its good

Arizona green tea is my favorite.I don't make my own unless I'm sick,then I make some hot tea.
