Selfing?

What is the easiest way to hermie a plant to self pollinate? I gave a clone to a friend that had never hermied for me and he hermied the shit out of it. We finally got around to trying a few of the beans from his mistake and I was quite impressed. 37 of them with not a single male flower or banana anywhere and the quality was very much like mom on most of them and a few even outdid her. I don't wanna take my room to 100 degrees like he did but would love to make a bunch more.

Search for rodelaztion.. Id search and paste a link or type it out, but im pretty high...
Use colloidal silver on a little bud at the bottom early in flower to produce the stamens.

stress the shit out of it, raise the temp, fuck with light cycle, feed and flush the same day etc etc.

even thou they grew femaile did they not grow a hermi part (male flower) ? ive read that thats the case....and if they didnt the seeds that u would get from the offspring would be all hermi . do u harvest them early? cuz hermis appear late late in flowering . i have seeds from blue dream YEA I SAID IT that i got from my pplz (There claims that its clone only) and i plan on planting both indoor and out and have fem seeds red diesel and sour cream from my last grow that i ordered but i am not using them as of now. live in the new england region so got to wait and plan now 4 spring........ i kno blue dream is an unstable strain but im goin to pick out which ones im going to gro reguardless of how well they grow i plan pickin a sativa heavy and a indica heavy pheno to see how they differ compared to the bud the seeds came from whch was way diff taste wise then a batch of bd from a connect that goes out west . im guessin the seeds i have are from a selfed bd plant seeing its an unstable strain it would fuck itself LoOL input please!!!

The one I mentioned hermied due to extremely high temps. It was in a friends room and I don't want to fuck up all my other shit trying to stress this one. I have not found a single pollen sac on the whole pile (suprized). I have also never seen any pollen on the mom. Technically I thing any offspring off of a hermie would be a hermie but maybe with the correct enviroment none showed? I know if you want to make female seeds you should stress test your females so you can then use the hardest on to hermie and therefore hopefully passing on this trait. As far as rodelization I've never let anything go that past mature to see how much pollen it makes. I have a few things that may show a naner or so just before harvest but not enough to make seeds with. I don't want to use chemicals to do it because I'd still like to smoke it. By using collodial silver can I still smoke it?

You are in a good boat friend. You have very nice fem seeds. And you grow better than your friend, that's why yours isnt herming and all the seeds stayed female. One easy way to grow a few bananas is to fuck with the light schedule. Pull it out during its night period and give it some light for 30mins. Do this a few times and you should see some pollen sacks soon.

Not only high temps. Also a light leak will do it, really any excess amount of stress.

But a seed from a hermi is NOT guaranteed going to be a hermi plant. Only if the stresses that made the mother go hermi are present will it grow a banana. Many times it is just a great fem seed. Seed companies will have you think otherwise, just so you spend money buying their product. They don't want you to have you own seed.

look up using colloidal silver to make all female seeds. I haven't done it but i have read a few good tutorials on this site. That looks like the easiest and most fool proof way to self pollinate a plant that I have seen.

I feel the same way. I have yet to read what I am posting now. I should start a thread about it ,but really do not care because i make my own Beans. Every seed company says they have the next best thing."flavor" with all the crosses in the world ande 100 of thousands of strands "flavors" how many people are smart enought to realize that there was only so many flavors in the world to start with. So many of the seed company's are just selling same shit as the other pollen tossers.

If a breeder makes feminized seeds they do not make they by having/allowing/causing the plant where colloidal silver was applied or if they used Rodelization to pollinate itself. That plant or plants are stressed plants where there were releases of hormones that altered the plant and if it is used to make seeds there is a greater risk, not a 100% chance, but without doubt a higher risk that the seeds will carry the hermie trait.

They will collect the pollen from the plant or plants where colloidal silver was applied or if they used Rodelization and use it to pollinate other females that are not stressed. There will still be more of a chance for a hermie than with regular seeds, but much less of one if the stressed female or females are used to make seeds rather than using unstressed females.

i hear you peyote ive read that blue dream is clone only so its very unstable with many many different phenotypes if you have seeds from it. i don't know wat caused the stress but im willing to bet it was just very mature about to die . the bud was super potent big buts that that were seriously covered in crystals. my buddy would get a hal of it every now and then prob 1 time every month or 2 and there would be 1 or 2 seeds in the half so he collected them and gave them for me 2 grow this year. im planning on veg indor for a month then outside they go for big yield. i think if i germinate all 30 15 will be hermi that leave 15 female that could be female that has no hermi trait and females that do have them so if all goes well i should have 7 good females ...it could also be 30 hermis or 30 females or do i have it wrong

Thanks from me also, I started this thread about a month ago and got pretty much no input whatsoever. I think alot of people fem seeds for the wrong reason, if you have the correct parents to make more of the same or better then thats the way to go, but if you have an elite clone or just on fantastic plant its worth a try. I don't think its good for the gene pool to be fucking yourself to many generations in a row. DNA got an OG cut and selfed it, I bought a pack and got 5 nice ones and one killer one, out of the selfed seeds a buddy made 3 out of the 37 were freaking awesome, if I had kept clones and shared with someone else sooner or later that clone may have been passed off as an original, which is now an S3 at least because the original lineage is still not clear. I'm sure it happens alot more than people talk about and its bad breeding in the long run. Any one see that movie wrong turn, genetics are genetics and at least we smoke our mistakes.

no shit.. thats good to hear. last night my buddys brother got a batch of bd way diffrent the the one i got the seeds from. i told him to keep an eye out for bagseeds cu i want them lol. i would love for 30 bd fems but i might not get as lucky as you guys so 5 fems would be mint.
