Most people claim that with SoG an oz to 2 oz per plant is a good yield. Going 12/12 after sprout and letting them go like 6-8 weeks or so. With 25 plants you are looking at a pound and a half there. You may want too add some light to get good coverage of the entire canopy. Maybe some t5 tubes along the 3 walls that have no door.
Well in my thinking you are gonna be wall to wall weed in there no matter how you go. So, depends on the amount of work you are prepared to do. A SCRoG IMHO is gonna be a pain in the ass. It would work beautifully mind you but you will need to be creative in getting to them all after a while. LST with topping also great but still a lot of work. Probably easier then the SCRoG though as they get larger. But I still think you may need more light to do that to it's potential with that many girls, not real sure. The SoG is again IMHO the way to go, but then again I am a lazy fucking stoner! LOL!
Pretty much as soon as they sprout. You induce a 12/12 flowering schedule. If you are gonna do this with 1600w of HID though you want some distance and good ventilation between them and seedlings. As for yield with those strains. If you go 12/12 in say week 2 and flower 8 weeks that is 10 weeks total. The vegging is totally cut out so they will prolly not have huge branches but you should get 1-2 oz from each. If it done well prob avg of 1.5 oz per. Or 2.25 pounds. Good Luck!
