Do You Hate Iran yet?

That's an easy one. We have kicked ass in a lot of countries and they hate us. The rest are just jealous of us.
You sound like a school yard bully.

I'm pretty sure bullies were roundly hated, not because people were jealous of them, but because they were bullies.

Did you not read the last post ? I was just messin with him. It gets so old hearing about how everyone hates America. We have done more for other countries around the world than any other country, but all we ever hear is how everyone hates us. Who cares ?

If dropping bombs on, interferring politically or occupying countries is what you consider your country has "done" then yes, you have "done more" for other countries and I agree ;)

whoa, Iran officially blaming the CIA and Israel for the scientist assassination!?!?!? This cant be good right? Didn't they just tell our naval warship to get-the-fuck-out??

to answer the OP question...the media will never make me hate a particular country. it will never be 100% of the citizens who are evil. we are all slaves.

It's just a matter of time now, isn't it? Just saw a report of Iranian boats harrassing U.S. vessels in the strait. I figure we will be at war with Iran before the end of the year.

I simply don't see any reason for believing anything our government, the intelligence community or the Pentagon tells us.

Had enough of Iraq and Afghanistan yet? All lies. Same as Viet Nam.

YANKEE GO HOME

Oh GI Joe put your gun away
The sun is setting on another day
Why don't you leave us alone?
Yankee go home!

Dow Jones going into a stall
Spray paint saying it on every wall
The climb was fine, now it's time to decline and fall

They're burning effigies out in the street
Man the life boats, sound the retreat
Pentagon's on the 'phone
Yankee go home!

Over-paid, over-sexed and over here
Get smart, gringo, disappear
The Hun's at the gates of Rome
Yankee go home! Yankee go home! Go home!
Go home! Go home!

The Iranians are playing it up for the cameras. The men in charge on the U.S. Ships will not fire unless positive of being under attack. The Iranians know it so they will push things as far as they can and show on state TV how the Iranian navy could thumb it's nose in the U.S. Navy's face, because the U.S. Navy is afraid. It will sell good to the Iranian public.

On the U.S. side it's sort of like having a bee in your house. Nothing really to worry about, just go about doing your normal business, but you still like to know where that bee is so you can watch and see if it's decided to make a beeline to you, stinger at the ready. The chances are still very low that something like that would happen, but no one wants to get caught with their pants down when there's a bee in the house.

Yeah, they're just messing around. I don't expect these motorboats to cause a war. But the aggregate of everything going on -- nuke aspirations, death penalties, drama in the gulf/strait -- I will be surprised if there are not military strikes this year.

So did your country get its ass kicked by the USA or do you fall into the jealous group ?

We have helped more people around the globe with humanitarian aid etc than any other country whether you wish to admit it or not.

So nobody has noticed a pattern here?. We had zero problems with the Middle-East until we decided to back Israel after WW2. The Iranian people are descendant from Esau, the brother that tried to kill Jacob in the Old Testament after Jacob stole the land/inheritance. That was around 3,000 years ago, and the Iranian people(among many others)still lie claim to that piece of property. When the Allies gave it back to the Jews, they created a whole new enemy.

Had we not had such greedy ass politicians in bed with the oil industry, they would have listened to Henry Ford regarding Hemp/bio-diesel alternate fuel. Then we could let them fight it out, and use the $$ where it belongs...here at home.

I don't agree with any of this.
The U.S have been strategically working up to this for ages,U.S have now got their pawns in place surrounding Iran, and time is very close to striking.Although I would put money on it that our media reports they throw the first stone, and the U.S retaliate(being the freedom fighters that they are lol). The Pentagon spends a billion a year on worldwide media,so you say Iran are playing up to the cameras?,well who controls those cameras?.
