My homie just got the same charge you would get for cooking meth....for BHO.

They sell it at the clubs, but bust folks for making it.

thats crazy, same as a meth charge.. i personally think they should force shops to stop selling BHO, mainly because you dont know how well its been purged, quality control is like non existent it seems... patients are inhaling lungs full of butane at a time, and not even aware, which im sure has to be counter productive when using marijuana as a "medicine"...if anything it should be somthing you make for personal use and not allowed to be sold in shops...talk about ass backwards laws

The reason this is a felony is most likely due it being a public safety issue. I've done this many times, and still have the equipment. In effect, what we are doing unintentionally is creating an incendiary explosive device...that is leaking. I can't believe what some of these idiots have been doing, read one story about a guy doing it in his bathroom of all places. Then the dumbass decides to have a smoke.

The potential of gas blowing me up is just as great as any other flammable petroleum distallate. IF.....IF I act like a dumbass.

That being said....75-95% of the people I see posting about their tane....are NOT purging it correctly or completely. They shoot a case or two and try to enlighten the internet with their new-found knowledge.

Folks smoking butane is far more dangerous that the occasional fire IMHO. Only a few getting blown up.....MANY are smoking carcenogenic butane remnants.

Yes, butane is more flammable than gasoline, just look at the boiling points and flash points. About 2.5% butane is the atmosphere is enough to flash from static or any other spark source.

n-butane itself is relatively non-toxic, but those cans of lighter refills also contain propane and isobutane. just adding this fact.

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY GROW POPPYS!! ( And have ) They are so beautiful!! The whites, and the purples!! And its a whole process to get heroin, your not gonna go scrape the poppy pod and shoot up heroin! I doubt any person around would even have any clue they were poppys! They just go OH WOW look at those pretty flowers!! LOL. Yes your right there is no point in arguing. There is actually no true "legal" state, hate to break it. EVERY grower is always at risk. I would never hide things from my children. They deserve to know the truth and then make their own decisions with all the information they have. I think you just need to be truthful and understanding with kids and they will appreciate it. I grew up around plants and knowing the truth and not buying into the government propaganda at our public schools. I also knew the consequences of talking about such things, and respected that immensely. As do other children of growers I know. As the children get older they greatly appreciate the knowledge that empowered them as young adults. Knowing the truth is liberating. It also makes you question things in the books the school gives you, which IMO is a good thing!! Don't just accept things for what they are! Question them, understand them! The only thing I am disagreeing with you is that people who grow around their kids deserve to be arrested.
