Nutes. (Help appreciated)

I wanted to know if "Dyna-gro grow" and also "Dyna-gro bloom" are good nutes to use for my grow? and if so, when should i start using them if im using this soil? http://menards.com/main/more/lawn-garden/lawn-care/garden-safe-trade-all-purpose-potting-soil/p-1490737-c-10116.htm

Yes, but my questions werent really "answered" and for some reason i just like to ask about cetain products haha... but, if i use dyna-gro would i need micro nutes?
